Since2005, Baoyin launched its footprints in the nuclear market and developmentheat-exchange tubes. Obtained the 1, 2, and 3 level manufacturing licenses forcivil nuclear safety equipment in 2009. The range of nuclear products in Baoyinincludes Nuclear Pipe, Heat-exchange tube and Spiral-coiled tube, which aremainly applied in nuclear reactor, unit component, heat-exchange mechanism incooling system, main engine, fluid tubes in supplementary system and reactor inHigh-temperature Gas-cooling power plants, etc. At present, all nuclear powerplants built and building in China are provided by our company.

"Hualong One" is on the basisof the experience of China's nuclear power research, design, manufacturing,construction and operation over the past 30 years by two nuclear powerenterprises- China National Nuclear Corporation and China Guangdong NuclearPower Corporation. It is an advanced million kilowatt PWR nuclear powertechnology, according to the experience feedback of the Fukushima nuclearaccident and the latest nuclear safety requirements in China.
As the main brand of "goingout" of China nuclear power, in the design innovation, "HualongOne" puts forward the safety design idea of "the combination ofdynamic and non-dynamic". It adopts the reactor core of 177 fuelcomponents, the multiple redundant safety system, the single pile arrangementand the double deck safety shell. The design principle has set up perfectprevention and mitigation measures for serious accidents, and its safety indexand technical performance have reached the advanced level of the international3th generation nuclear power technology, and have complete independentintellectual property rights.
Main achievements: Pakistan Karachi nuclearpower project and Fang cheng gang No. 3\4 project have been delivered. Inaddition, we have undertaken the Zhangzhou No. 2 (Xinhua dragon No. 1) project.

High Temperature Gas Cooling NuclearPower Plant(Abbr.as HTGR) is considered as the 4th generation nuclear technology,with good inherent safety and core outlet temperature is 850-1000 ℃. The high temperature gas cooledreactor has the advantages of high thermal efficiency (40% - 41%), high burn up(V up to 20MWd/t U) and high conversion ratio (0.7-0.8).
Since 2005, Baoyin started the researchand development of spiral-coiled tubes for this project and in 2009 the firstset of spiral-coiled tubes was successfully produced and the single length ofthe tube reached 60m without any welding process. In December 2016, Baoyin finishedthe 38 set heat exchange assembly, applied to the major national science andtechnology special project in Shidaowan Shandong province, which is the firstdemonstrative power plant of the world.
Fast Neutron Reactor is publiclyaccepted safest and most advanced reactor for the 4th generation nucleartechnology in the world. The usage rate of nuclear raw material would be improvedat 60%, minimization of radioactive waste. By comparison to other nuclearreactors, it is expected that Fast Neutron Reactor would solve the problem ofSustainable development and green development with environment protection.
In 2011, Baoyin became the StandingMember of Chinese Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance of Fast ReactorIndustry, and in 2012, Baoyin signed an agreement with China Atomic EnergyTechnology Research Institute to realize heat-exchange tubes for fast reactorpower plant. At present, Baoyin has delivered the key pipes, such as the sizeof the outer casing, the six square pipe and the cladding pipe to the nationalkey projects. In April 2018, our company became the executive director ofChina's lead based nuclear energy innovation strategy alliance.
